Hytrol Model 250-PVR Poly-V Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor is an excellent alternative to a chain-driven live roller conveyor where roll-to-roll driven rollers are a preferred method of powering the rollers.  Its 300 lbs. per foot capacity with supports on 10′-0″ centers, and 1000 lbs. capacity with supports on 5′-0″ centers make it perfectly capable of handling loads such as loaded pallets, steel drums, and steel & wire containers.  Also, conveying oily of dirty products presents no problems for poly-v driven conveyors.  Its quiet operation and low maintenance requirements are another plus for this type of conveyor, along with none of the belt tracking problems associated with conventional flat belt driven live roller conveyors.  Conveyor is shipped pre-assembled as much as possible to help reduce labor cost in installation.
