Hytrol Model 199-PVR Poly-V Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyor is an excellent alternative to a chain-driven live roller conveyor where roll-to-roll driven rollers are a preferred method of powering the rollers.  Its 150 lbs. per foot capacity with supports on 10′-0″ centers, and 250 lbs. capacity with supports on 5′-0″ centers make it perfectly capable of handling loads such as lightly loaded pallets and wire containers.  Also, conveying oily of dirty products presents no problems for poly-v driven conveyors.  Its quiet operation and low maintenance requirements is another advantage for this type of conveyor. Also, none of the belt tracking problems associated with conventional flat belt effect driven live roller conveyors.  The conveyors are shipped pre-assembled to help reduce labor cost in installation.
