Hytrol 2-1/2″ Diameter x 11 Gauge & 2-5/8″ x 7 Gauge Heavy-Duty Gravity Roller Conveyor is designed to convey heavy loads that require rugged dependable service.  Applications include conveying steel drums, large metal containers and wire baskets, loaded pallets, etc.  Two different rollers are available for such applications depending on the severity of the application.  The roller’s heavy wall tubing helps prevent damage to the roller from heavy items being dropped on the conveyor by careless loading personnel.

  • Frame:  4″ x  1-5/8″ 4 gauge formed steel channel frames powder coat painted green
  • Rollers:  Choice of 2-1/2″ x  11 gauge plain steel or 2-5/8″ x 7  gauge plain steel
  • Roller Centers Available:  3″,   4″,  6″, 8″,  12″
  • Axle Size & Material:  11/16″ hex plain steel
  • Couplings:  Butt style on each end
  • Rollers set 3/8″ high above the top of the frame
  • Optional rollers set 3/4″ below the top of the frame
  • Optional five additional paint colors available
