Hytrol 2-1/2″ Diameter x 11 Gauge &  2-5/8″ Diameter x 7 Gauge  Gravity Straight Roller Curves add to the versatility of straight conveyor sections.  Curves enable product flow to change direction as the conveyor layout may dictate; 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree curves are available as a standard product.  Optional guard rails available for product protection where required. Curves are also available with tapered rollers for applications where product orientation is required; inquire regarding this option.

  • Conveyor Frame:  4″ x  1-5/8″  x  4 gauge formed steel channel powder coat painted green
  • Straight Conveyor Rollers:  Choice of 2-1/2″ diameter x 11 gauge unplated plain steel or 2-5/8″ diameter x 7 gauge unplated  plain steel
  • Curve Segments Available:  30,  45,  60,  &  90 degrees
  • Roller Centers:  3-3/16″ on inside radius of curve (approximately)
  • Roller Capacity:  630 lbs. per roller
  • Couplings:  Butt type
  • Rollers Set 3/8″ high above the frame
  • Optional Rollers set  3/4″ low in the frame available
  • Optional rigid adjustable H-type floor supports available
