Hytrol 2-1/2″ Diameter Tapered to 1-11/16″ Diameter x 16 Gauge Gravity Tapered Roller Curves add to the versatility of straight conveyors.  Curves provide smooth product flow with a minimum amount of pitch based on the weight and size of the product being conveyed.  Available as standard with plain steel unplated rollers.  Guard rails available may be added as an option for product protection. Curves are also available with straight rollers for applications where product orientation is not required.

  • Conveyor Frame:  3-1/2″ x  1-1/2″ x 10 gauge formed steel channel powder coat painted green
  • Rollers:  2-1/2″ diameter tapered to 1-11/16″ diameter x 16 gauge unplated  carbon steel
  • Roller Centers:  2-1/2″ on inside radius of curve (approximately)
  • Roller Capacity:  210 lbs. per roller
  • Rollers Set 1/4″ high in the frame
