Hytrol 1.9″ Diameter Gravity Roller Conveyor is used to convey cartons/packages/totes in a variety of manufacturing and warehousing activities including: shipping lines, assembly lines, order picking lines, checking & packing lines, etc.  Most items convey easily with a minimum amount of effort.  Gravity roller conveyor lines may be slightly inclined in some applications to achieve gravity product flow.  Hytrol 1.9″ diameter rollers are available in tw0 different types which are listed in the General Specifications below.

General Specifications:

  • Bed Frames:  3-1/2″ x  1-1/2″ x  10 gauge formed steel channel powder coat painted medium green
  • Lengths Available:  5′-0″ and  10′-0″ sections
  • Roller Diameters:  Choice of  1.9″ x 16 gauge galvanized steel, 1.9″ x 9 gauge plain steel
  • Rollers Centers:  Choice of  2-1/4″,  3″,  4-1/2″,  6″,  9″,  12″
  • Couplings:  Butt style on each end
  • Rollers Set 1/4″ high above top of the frame
  • Optional rollers set  3/4″ low from top of the frame (requires optional 4-1/2″ x  1-1/2″ channel frame)
  • Optional five additional paint colors available
  • Optional section lenghts available
  • Optional floor supports available
