What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth: Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Develop Solutions: Work closely with customers, our Engineering Team, and vendor partners to design, sell and deliver tailored material handling automation solutions.
- Engage Strategically: Cultivate meaningful relationships with customers at all levels, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Hit the Road: Travel within your territory to meet customers, attend industry events, and engage with vendor partners (overnight travel may be required).
- Own the Sales Process: Prospect, generate leads, conduct sales calls, and close deals to exceed revenue goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, sales, marketing, or a related field plus 2-3 years of experience in material handling/ industrial sales OR 5+ years of relevant experience in material handling, industrial automation, or conveyor solutions.
- Proven Sales Expertise: A track record of exceeding targets and growing a territory.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with conveyor systems, industrial automation, and/or material handling solutions.
- Hunter Mentality: You are a self-starter who thrives on finding and closing opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to connect with customers at all organizational levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and basic CAD software.

- Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with conveyor systems, industrial automation, and material handling solutions.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, provide training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with diagnostic tools, automation software, and basic CAD systems.
